MORGAN Planning & Development (MP&D) is a land use planning and project management consulting firm based in Orillia, Ontario, serving clients across Barrie, Simcoe County, Muskoka, and surrounding municipalities.

We specialize in guiding residential and commercial development projects through the land use planning process — from early feasibility and policy analysis to municipal approvals and, where required, Ontario Land Tribunal representation. Our role is to reduce uncertainty, anticipate regulatory challenges, and help clients move their projects forward efficiently and strategically.
