MORGAN Planning & Development acted as both planning consultant and project manager to secure approval of concurrent Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications for a six-storey mixed-use residential condominium development located at 67 Colborne Street in Orillia’s Hospital District. The approvals permit the construction of a building containing 31 residential units and one ground-floor commercial unit, along with both rooftop and outdoor amenity areas to support residents and commercial users. Planning services for the project were led by Senior Planner Vanessa Simpson, MCIP, RPP, and Principal Planner Josh Morgan, MCIP, RPP.
