MORGAN Planning & Development acted as both planning consultant and project manager in support of a Minor Variance approval for Bayview Wildwood Resort on Sparrow Lake. The approval permitted the construction of a raised deck along the waterfront side of the main lodge building, enhancing the functionality and guest experience of the property. The proposed waterside deck required relief from the shoreline setback provisions of the Township of Severn Zoning By-law. Planning services and project coordination were led by Senior Planner Jonathan Pauk, MCIP, RPP.
