MORGAN Planning & Development acted as both planning consultant and project manager in support of a Minor Variance approval for a shoreline property located on Felsman Lane in Seguin Township. The approval permitted the construction of a new dwelling along with a detached garage featuring an upper-storey sleeping cabin. Situated on a unique peninsula lot adjacent to an inlet of Georgian Bay, the project required relief from several zoning by-law provisions related to building size and height.
