39A Morgan Bay Road (Shoreline Development)

MORGAN Planning & Development successfully obtained a Minor Variance approval to permit the construction of a 752.4 square foot addition to an existing cottage. The proposed addition required relief from the Maximum Lot Coverage provisions of the Township of Seguin Zoning By-law. Planning services for the project were led by Senior Planner Jonathan Pauk, MCIP, RPP.
