MORGAN Planning & Development acted as both planning consultant and project manager to facilitate approval of a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application for the property located at 101 Norweld Drive in Orillia. The approvals permitted additions to the existing Volkswagen dealership, while also establishing permissions for overflow parking, a waste storage enclosure, and designated snow storage areas associated with dealership operations.
