MORGAN Planning & Development acted as the planning consultant and worked collaboratively with the visionary behind Quayle’s Brewery to secure approval for both a Zoning By-law Amendment and a Site Plan Control application. The project successfully established Quayle’s Brewery as an approved “On-Farm Diversified Use,” allowing it to operate as a destination-based agritourism facility that has since become a marquee tourist attraction within Simcoe County. Planning services for the project were led by Principal Planner Josh Morgan, MCIP, RPP.
