MORGAN Planning & Development submitted concurrent Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications for the properties located at 4 and 6 Third Street in Orangeville to redesignate and rezone the lands to Central Business District. Approval of the applications permits the establishment of a pizzeria and coffee shop, contributing to the continued growth of the downtown commercial area.
