MORGAN Planning & Development acted as both planning consultant and project manager to secure approval of a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application for Spy Cider House & Distillery in the Township of The Blue Mountains. The Zoning By-law Amendment permitted the establishment of an event venue designed to complement the existing agricultural operations, as well as the cidery and distillery that have helped establish SPY as a prominent agri-tourism destination within Grey County. Planning services for the project were led by Senior Planner Vanessa Simpson, MCIP, RPP.
