MORGAN Planning & Development submitted concurrent Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to establish planning permissions for a new mixed-use community within the Snow Valley Settlement Area. MP&D has served as both planning consultant and project manager for the project, acting as the primary liaison between municipal staff and a multi-disciplinary consulting team throughout the approval process. The proposed development incorporates a range of land uses, including commercial blocks, a mixed-use block, a school, mid-rise residential buildings, street townhouse developments, and low-density residential lots.
